I made pious and public proclamations about finishing this project by my birthday this year. That happens to be today, and I find myself at the lowly point of having finished only 37 of them, so I have no choice but to bump that deadline back a little bit... Hey, I've been busy! I'm thinking that Halloween the end of the year is as good a deadline as ever... check back in later?

 

 

What's cookin.

Things have been a little silent on the site here lately, but it's just because I'm hard at work-- I have a big nasty wonderful diptych that's been keeping my attention.

It's been marvelous getting lost in there. I've been regularly posting wip pics on twitter and instagram (allisonsommers), so please follow me if you're so inclined.
